1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❌ Items that are worn, damaged, or returned outside of the return window may not be eligible for a refund

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.


💸 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed


🔁 4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


🌎 5. International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.


⚠️ 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.
