🚚 1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you of any delay.

🇺🇸 2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard 3–7 business days $4.99 (Free on orders $100+)
Express 1–3 business days $14.99

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • We deliver to all 50 states, including PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

🌍 3. International Shipping

We currently ship to over 30 countries worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on region.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

❗ 5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, HORIZON SHE is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@horizonshe.store and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours at contact@horizonshe.store. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
